I'm in Calgary, so depending upon where you're located I could easily enough print it for you... assuming you have the file to print. Alternately, if you have images of it that are pretty clear, there are tools I can use to generate 3D models from 2D images. The challenge these days is that Canada Post is on strike (again)... so mailing is out of the question, and I don't think you'd want to pay for having it shipped by courier.

So... potential options...

1. If located relatively nearby, I could do it (and would do it) for free, as it would take bugger all filament to print something that small. But I'd need the 3D model file to print.
2. If not close by, and you have the 3D model file, talk to anyone you know who has a kid in high school. Many schools now have 3D printers that the students can access. Alternatively, touch base with your local public library. Again, many libraries are now providing access to a 3D printer, and the prerequisite is that you need to take a short introductory lesson on how to use it... and of course, supply the filament you'll be printing with.
3. If option 2 doesn't work for you, but you have a good quality photo of the figurehead, you can PM me the picture file here and I could take a crack at making the 3D model file for you to get printed.

Apologies for the tardy reply. I just got back from a few weeks vacation in Europe, and just replied to your DM with contact info. Let's see what I can come up with for you once we've gone over the details of sizing, etc.

Can recommend any specific tools/programs?
Thanks!
Allan
There are a wide variety of tools and I tend to pick and choose based on what I need to accomplish. And since I'm a cheap bugger, I like free ones. lol

The goal being (for me) is to generate an .stl format file that I can import directly in Bambu Studio running on my desktop, or into tinkerCAD or Fusion360 (if I need to edit them).

So first crack is usually with www.makerworld.com, and the tools in their "makerlab" section. That's a "go to" for me, as I'm a Bambu Lab printer owner. One of those tools generates a 3D model from an image. Since it tries to imagine the back side of the image (which it obviously can't see and needs to concoct on it's own), the results can vary dramatically. If I just need a 3D front and sides, this usually works quite well, and I can slice off the back using tools I mentioned previously (Tinkercad or Fusion360).

If I don't get what I want out of that, there are other free online tools you can use. One of those is www.hyper3d.ai It does a pretty decent job in most cases.

That should give you a start if you haven't done this before... but as others will likely chime in, I'll say that these are just a couple of the tools I use. There are many, some of which generate models from text input (a description). Hyper3d will do that, as it generates models from either image or text input.
