I'm in Calgary, so depending upon where you're located I could easily enough print it for you... assuming you have the file to print. Alternately, if you have images of it that are pretty clear, there are tools I can use to generate 3D models from 2D images. The challenge these days is that Canada Post is on strike (again)... so mailing is out of the question, and I don't think you'd want to pay for having it shipped by courier.

So... potential options...

1. If located relatively nearby, I could do it (and would do it) for free, as it would take bugger all filament to print something that small. But I'd need the 3D model file to print.
2. If not close by, and you have the 3D model file, talk to anyone you know who has a kid in high school. Many schools now have 3D printers that the students can access. Alternatively, touch base with your local public library. Again, many libraries are now providing access to a 3D printer, and the prerequisite is that you need to take a short introductory lesson on how to use it... and of course, supply the filament you'll be printing with.
3. If option 2 doesn't work for you, but you have a good quality photo of the figurehead, you can PM me the picture file here and I could take a crack at making the 3D model file for you to get printed.
