Eisner plans

I'm searching for a used copy of Eisner plans for.the Bluenose. I also.eeas.that a fourteen sheet of plans is acailable.showing all casting, fitting and rigging details. If you have a set you would part with or know where i could find these please pm me.

It has been brought to my attention that this planset is no longer available.
The copyright was passed along to his son upon his passing. The son does not share Mr. Eisner's enthusiasm for ship modeling but allowed Winston at shipmodelers.com to distribute them because he was a close friend of the
family. Winston reported he was ill and no longer capable of doing the distribution.
It's a shame that this planset reported to be the definitive plans should be permanently lost without an attempt to put it into the public domain.
I was in the process of writing a letter to Winston but feel that our forum is a more appropriate place to possess the plans.
Would someone respond to this and maybe one of the powers that be on this site let me know if this n is feasible
Ted

He also made a 14 page set of plans showing exact details of every footing and.every rigging details.
BTW I spelled the name.wromg it's Eisnor

Which vessel? I have the Columbia set which is 8 pages that I am pretty sure are from Eisnor but he did others like Bluenose as well.

Sorry Ted, that one I don't have. I went with Columbia as Bluenose was like Victory,,,,, over done (including me making Victory TWICE) :) :)

I understand that. It appears that Eisnor's plans will be lost for lack if s place for distribution. 5hus would be a sad loss to the ship modeling community as they are consodered to be the gold standard.

as they are consodered to be the gold standard.
They are indeed good plans Ted. There are fantastic plans for schooners at the Library of Congress. Unfortunately they do not include Bluenose. One of the nice things about the LoC collections is that in some cases such as the one below they have photos of the vessel as well as great drawings. For schooner fans, these may be of interest.
