1669 Soleil Royal - ZHL [COMPLETED BUILD]

Hello all
After a lot of various attempts, I finally completed rigging the fore sail.
I initially tried to have the full sail visible but then I changed my mind and decided to partly furl the sail in order not to hide the cannons on the poop deck.
I have to say that it took me quite long to achieve this and I believe the next sails will be done quicker.
Below some pictures.

Good morning Gilbert- wow- looking great. I think the partial furled sail is a clever way for the sails not to “take over your ship”. Cheers Grant

I have installed the 2 jibs on the bowsprit.
In order to do that, I had to make some changes to the rigging described in the ZHL plan. The sheets from the end of the spritsail and topsail yards did not allow to include the 2 sails. SO I have rigged them differently.

How did you change the rigging, Gilbert? I am fast approaching rigging myself.
Vic, in the ZHL plan, the sheets at the end of the 2 bowsprit yards end up on the top stay that connects the fore mast and the bowsprit. When these are installed, there is no more space to insert the jibs. I have therefore decided to connect those sheets differently (on the fore deck)

Hello all
I have completed the rigging of the fore topsail.
I have to say that this was more difficult than expected: installing 2 ropes and breaking 1 rope nearby. Those magnifying glasses are indeed very useful (required) but they reduce the vision scope).
Anyway, I finally made it (in about 8 days)
Below some pictures of where I stand:
