Proof of concept to see if it’ll work. I’ll have to clean them up a little a recut some of them. But I think it’ll turn out okay.

I can’t really cover any more hatches. We need to get inside to run lights.
Installing more hatch frames.
I’m using a light diffusing film for the cabin. Some light comes out of the portals. I’ll need to use a light block kit to black out any cracks so the light won’t show through seams. 
Also, I wish I had waited to install rails until adding lights. Too many things to break while moving the superstructure around.

I’m baaack! I decided to try making some storage boxes using balsa cubes and extra .5 mm planks. It’s probably out of scale. Just representational.

Testing the port lights on the superstructure. The floodlights in front still need to have the resistors soldered on and attached to plugs.

Some little detail idea.
Those house lights would have had yellow bulbs in them as an insect light which was very effective in port.
So you could put some clear yellow by Tamiya on them if you want some accuracy.
Changed a few bulbs on the avatar ship image I use.

I’m using light hubs for lighting. The floodlights don’t have plugs, so I got some linker plugs to link the lights to the Just Plug hubs. The linkers have resistors built in.
