Hi Bill
Happy to assist if I can
May be we could have a short video call so that we are aligned
Are you using Whatsapp?

I can share the Mantua rigging plan if this can help you
I remember they have a specific rigging plan.
I also have purchased another plan (Amati) that has quite good details on the rigging.

Let's connect

Thanks for your reply Gilbert. No I am not on WhatsApp. Am I correct that the loose ends of the different stays go to some sort of arrangement where the crew can tighten if necessary? I understand that the fixed end of the stays tie off at the mast with a mouse or whatever. But the loose end is rigged in a way it can be adjusted if and when it is necessary. If you could share the Mantua plan (if different than the OcCre picture I included) I would greatly appreciate it. And if getting it to me by email would be easier I will give you my email address. I just need to know where the end of the stays circled in blue and seen loose wrapped around my bowsprit should go. Surly they don’t just tie off there
