Bluenose by Liebre [COMPLETED BUILD]

No reason to worry Dean

I thought I had done something wrong, but the other mast with the square is for the aft deck
Just looked at the drawing again
The round ring fits there
At the foredeck I have placed in such a way that all deck elements fit here
Everything again under control here, I was shocked:D
You are showing nails on the planks, at the edge of the square mast plate. The planks would normally go up to and around the mast hole. Then the mast has a base ring on top of the deck planks, which is round. If you want to leave that area unplanked to show the mast plate at the deck level, then the boards are actually cut short for viewing purposes and would not have nails. That is what confused me. ;)

Took a different route to avoid the soot problem
And immediately did some tests to see how the coloring of the deck planks would turn out . to see your mistakes, to show the colors is another story . In reality, this looks better than the photo would lead you to believe.
