Yeah, I wanted to build the full ship kit, after building the PoF cross section, until I 1) Realized it was not PoF, and 2) Realized I didn't have the room for it. The four PoF kits sound wonderful, and would work for me, provided I 1) They actually produce all four kits within my "time frame", 2) I am able to buy all four, and 3) I'm able to live long enough to buy and build them. Something to look forward to, though!

Most likely itvwill takeca long to design and release the other 3 sections

Unfortunately, there is currently no clear timeline for the other three sections, the only thing that is clear is that the next section kit will be the front of the new aft midship section, and by the way, the new section are not compatible with any of the old Richards kits of the Unicorn model

Thanks for that. That makes a lot of sense. Not what I wanted, but it does make sense. I'll be following the series closely.

Bonjour, vous indiquez dans votre message aucun calendrier clair, mais une tendance pourrait nous satisfaire comme par exemple dans les 3mois, 6mois ,dans l’année pour la prochaine section et ainsi de suite pour les autres ?

I think that is hard to tell,they do not have a time frame ,
 
Bonjour à tous. J'ai commencé ce modèle et je fabrique les barils. Malheureusement, ils ne sont pas fournis avec le kit. Ils sont optionnels et je ne pense pas qu'ils soient déjà disponibles sur le marché. Avons-nous une date de disponibilité ? Je ne sais pas si nous pourrons installer ces barils une fois les ponts supérieurs posés. Sinon, il faudra attendre pour continuer ce modèle, mais jusqu'à quand ? C'est un peu frustrant, surtout que le vendeur ne répond pas à l'e-mail. Si quelqu'un a des informations, je suis preneur. Merci à tous.

It's very surprising that the barrels are not included. (I'm assuming these are water & supply barrels, not gun barrels.) The instructions show how to make well over 100 barrels in at least 4 sizes, and I certainly would have expected them to be included, had I ordered this kit (which I thought about). Any optional items should be spelled out before purchase, and even if not then available, noted for their absence. Just my humble opinion.

C'est bien précisé dans la doc , après avoir passé presque une demi heure à recherché ces pièces célèbres j'ai relu la notice et c'est bien marqué
Dans ce post de présentation cela est aussi bien stipulé
Cela va occasionner des frais supplémentaires (j,ignore combien )ainsi que des frais de douanes sinon c’est un très bon modèle ,agréable à faire precis avec beaucoup de détails et ce serai dommage de le représenter avec un fond de calle complètement vide
 
In looking at the instructions, Unicorn has made a huge improvement in the construction of the barrels. When I first saw the number of them, I groaned, because of how difficult they were to assemble in the original BR cross-section. But these are a great improvement. Here's a page from the manual:

I apologize for my above statement. Looking just now at the very first post in this thread, it states the barrels (casks) are an upgrade. I missed that, and I guess because it's not available yet, it wasn't mentioned on the page selling the kit.
