BONHOMME RICHARD, Cross Section

Thank you Ted !! And thank you to all the likes !!

Here we go... :-) .

- Did the nails at the lower section of the hull that Noone will ever try to see... HAHAHA, but I know i did them.

- Finished the bread oven and was attached to the deck.

That's all. Now I need to start with the next deck. I uploaded and image to show how the deck fits.

Guys, thank you very much for the comments and likes. Unfortunately I have been busy with other stuff at home, nevertheless, I have today 2 hours to do something, and believe it or not, I was only able to glue the second deck knees. The laser chart cleaning and doing some small adjustments took time.

Only 1 image will be enough to show how they look.

Standing tall and clean, look good only eight more to go for starters.
That first frame looks great.
Are you using treenails at all ?
It looks like the frames are glued together, which is plenty sturdy by itself.
You really made a lot of progress from June to November.

Somehow my "watch" of your log quit giving me updates. I've reviewed your awesome progress and love how it's going!

Those bread oven tie-downs look familiar?

Your rope making machine made the cannon rigging look awesome!!

I also like your use of WATCO and Old English for "painting" the model!!

Thanks for sharing and glad I rediscovered your build.

Thank you Brad !!! Yes, I copied from you the bread owen tie-downs. I have been using your thread as a guide to my build, as well as the others pasted together with yours on my first posting.

Your built is fantastic and very detailed. I will never be able to get such high quality details, my skills aren't soo good. Nevertheless, I am enjoying a lot this kit and will continue to do my best.

Cheers
Daniel
