Build Log: Endurance - Occre - by Bill Hime

Here's a peak to the direction I'm going with this build. I will be doing some weathering - basing this on my conclusion that by the time the Endurance reached the ice pack on Dec 7, 1914, the ship has seen alot of ocean time having left London on Aug 1st, 1914.

Hey bill, I know this is an old log but I am currently doing my build and we are incorporating a lot of the same ideas. I have the same type of not the same portholes. I can’t tell if yours have the glaze or not. My question is, would the portholes have been painted white on the Endurance? Or would have they stayed brass? What about along the rest of the ship? I haven’t finished reviewing your log yet, but I was just planning on keeping them all brass but darkening them up a bit…
