Hello everyone, I'm really sorry that I disappeared for a long time. I have been dealing with some personal matters and have finally stabilized. La Belle is a piece I made a long time ago and I have always wanted to start over and add some details. I just have some free time these days so I can complete this plan.

My next model after the Endurance will be your Granado Cross Section. I was going to build it when I got the request to build the Endurance by one of my sons.

As long as CAF continues to pursue a support strategy that is completely customer-unfriendly and passes on the costs of its failing quality control to the customer, the only sensible course of action imo is to avoid shopping with CAF. I explain again, to apply for a refund, please help me destroy the product and take photos for me, and I will refund the amount you paid to you account.(Includes shipping fee you pay) But I can't afford the amount you pay to other companies。please understand。
 
And I say again, if you send a bad manufactured product send replacement! You are not willing to do that you want me not even destroy the badly manufactured kits, no, you want me to have a loss of 20.- EUR for tax and handling when YOU did no quality control. Sorry, that is BAD customer support and behavior. Take your responsibility Tom!

I think Dirk was asking at the first place a full replacement of the kit
 
I just built the Granado from CAF. There were two minor defects, and they were replaced without any fuss and at an impressive speed. CAF, along with Vanguard Models, probably has the best customer service. Based on my experience, I can absolutely recommend buying model ships from CAF.
