To conduct fair business practices across the board this policy shall be adhered to and if not, then there will be a very high risk of having your account removed permanently and possible all of your post and materials, LOGO's and links removed as well:
1. All business, Sole Proprietor, LLC, PLLC, Co-Owners with other businesses, corporations, Non-Profit, DBA, and including modelers that wish to manufacture, make, design, create, goods and services as from their hobby or interest (i)must be able to present to Ships of Scale a legitimate LOGO to be displayed on the site along with other manufactures and accordingly. Even if the goods and services are being rendered free of charge.
2. All business, Sole Proprietor, LLC, PLLC, Co-Owners with other businesses, corporations, Non-Profit, DBA, and including modelers that wish to manufacture, make, design, create, goods and services from their hobby or interest (ii) shall not make an open forum thread advertising their product, design, even if the product(s) are given freely or any workmanship is administered freely or the open advertisement will immediately be removed. If any open advertisement continues to manifest itself, then that account will be deleted completely along with all the post associate with that account. Even if the goods and services are being rendered free of charge.
3. However, there are provisions that do allow for your product(s), goods, and services. (iii) It is allowed to exchange information and to sell or to give free items of interest via PM and personal email. It just is not allowed for this type of business handling to be conducted like this on an open forum. It must be done in private - one on one.
When a LOGO is submitted, it will have embedded your personal or business email that will be embedded in the link of your LOGO. Even if the goods and services are being rendered free of charge.
So, in simplicity, if you plan to conduct the business of any type, you must first have a LOGO with the embedded website or appropriate email for contact purposes. It is not allowed to have open forum advertising (creating a thread) of your goods or services. Your LOGO will suffice for this. A business or modeler is allowed to contact via PM anyone he wishes and anyone is allowed to contact the business or modeler. Even if the goods and services are being rendered free of charge.
