This is my first attempt at a wooden ship build ( I know it’s of the endurance which has been posted many times, sorry)
I originally was buying the Lego version and bought the display case from BrixBox because I liked the Antarctic backdrop, while a final check on the Endurance Lego model a version from OCCRE showed a version same scale ( would fit in the case!) and it was like night and day, so much better I had to take the plunge into wooden ship building!
I am posting photos of my build so far up to deck fittings, I did make a mistake highlighted in a red circle where I fitted a bullkhead the wrong way around so the rear door did not line up with the gap underneath !
Did not notice this until much later in build
