Those are fiddly little things. Very hard to work with.

You may find the following useful/interesting for future boat builds. https://shipsofscale.com/sosforums/threads/building-a-ships-boat.14490/ I have no clue as to the type or size of the boats for Halcon but the scantlings and method of building may be of some use. W.E. May shows drawings of launches, cutters, and others in his book The Boats of Men of War that you may find helpful.

My kind of model builder. Has CA on the fingertips Spent many minutes chewing off the CA and a little skin.
Well done.those ships boats are one of the more fiddly bits.
