Thanks, sorry for the late reaction. Due to the summertime I spend time for going out on sea with my boat, fishing seabass and I picked up motorcycling again. Missed that for years and always had the intention to buy a bike again.p

Working with oak is very satisfying. It is easy to colour in the same as a real ship.

The past week I had plenty of time so I picked up building again. I placed the Wales of the ship. I gave them a small chamfer. In real it are two strokes of oak. In this way the two strokes are clear to see. In real the wales are appr 80 mm thick. As I build on a scale 1:20 I have made them appr 4 mm.
