Many thanks all. Appreciate your encouragement and comments.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Cool! With these new kits it’s almost hard to not end up with something beautiful.Phew! The other side went well. Pleased with it. Glad I got the real wood stern decoration rather than the resin. Beautifully machined for such a tiny scale.
Frames and Photo Etched windows still to fit. Getting very tweezerish now.
The detail is amazing, incredible technology.
Few pics.

BEcause of the 1:96 scale, the parts are fragile. I hope it doesn't turn into an Achey Breakey fest in my case.Cool! With these new kits it’s almost hard to not end up with something beautiful.
Hi Loracs. I got the boxwood version. I must admit, I’m not really sure what the difference is, although I think pear wood is more pinky colour.Hello @neilm, Following your build with great interest. I still have mine in a box in the office. I bought at release but, because of other builds, got delayed significantly. I'm still finishing rigging the Revenge, which is taking a while. Afterall, it is the pleasure of the journey not the speed of execution.
My question is quite simple, which version did you get boxwood or pearwood? sometimes, it is hard to see with pictures.
is that even a word?tweezerish
