H.M.S. PEGASUS - Swan Class by David Antscherl & Greg Herbert Scale 1:36

Last elements before starting with the masting: the nets of the gangways.
I used a cardboard holder of a suitable size, threading very thin cotton thread diagonally between the cuts and then using another thread in the opposite direction by tying knots in it

Dear Richie
the net that you have celebrated looks
beautiful, very unique method, thank you very much for sharing with us

I love you work, so detailed and perfect.

I do not yet know if I will fit the top masts
I got the same problem with my Prins Willem. It is smaller in scale (1/75) but still over a meter in length and height. It just fit on the mantel of the fireplace.
You can lower the mast in the ropes. They did this with these ships when they where for a long time in the harbour. Here is an example of a Dutch Harbour. Maybe an Idea. And it saves a lot in making ratlines.

The ship presented as laid up in ordinary is an option, but with only her lower masts on, I fear she would look a bit ugly (IMHO...) . Then, I'd rather choose a mere "stump" display.
