I am attempting my first build on Halcon 1840,it didn't come with many instructions, through the internet and social platforms I managed to build it .I am now at the stage of installing the masts,I require assistance in the spacing of the yards for the forecast,and also measurements for the sails,as it was not provided in the kit

If you bought it new you should contact the kit maker and ask for the missing information. Did you do a search here at SoS about this model? There is a nice build log that might be helpful to you.

Allan, Mine didn't come with much instructions either. That is how they ship them. Mine only had one page of drawings and no text. No information on masting or rigging at all. It also comes with no parts to make the channels or any blocks. :)

Calvin, welcome to the forums! I was able to make channels out of left over wood from the parts cutouts. I ordered a set of blocks from HiS model products which is quite nice. It also has masting and rigging information. The drawback is that it cost twice what the kit costs. :)
