Thank you Bob. Thank God the Alert was a relatively small boat and at 1:36 scale my model is only 610mm tall. But this scale provides a great advantage in detail work. Yes I will not add sails.

I prepared the bowsprit and mounted it together with the windlass I had made before.

I started rigging of the bowsprit. The traveller which I made from scratch was put on the bowsprit and the rope connections were made according to the drawing in the Alert Book.
