Trident Model - New Kit HMS Alert - List of members which are interested to buy the kit

Hello, everyone, thank you very much for your support. At present, the number of kit being processed is 60, the metal parts are processed, and the completion rate of wooden plates is close to 50%. We plan to provide at least 50 sets of kit to the booking members of S.o.s, but the packing boxes are still not processed. I'll let you know in time. There is also a very serious problem. The news from the international express company, at present, because the plane is out of service, many areas cannot be delivered. We are communicating with express companies on how to send them to you in the safest way. Thank you again！！！！

@fanant , Hallo and a warm welcome here on board of our forum.
I guess there is no need for the musical chair game, although it is a nice and interesting imagination to see all of us running around and "fighting" for a chair. :cool:

But we will follow the order of listing - first come first serve
And if there will be more demand than the mentioned 50 kits, Trident will be able to deliver more within a second batch.
So I am pretty sure, that everybody who wants (and pay ;) ) one kit, will get one kit.......

Fanant, sorry I can't see where you are on the list but I believe the system is has been explained
ie. you are where you are on the list and will be asked to purchase as your turn comes up. If you have changed your mind it will become available to the next on the list, no problem.
I would imagine that Trindent would be keen to sell as many kits as possible so will keep producing to satisfy all orders.
The great thing about this group is that we all respect each other and our opinions etc. so this should present no problems to us other than a little anticipation

Sorry I did not mean to be negative. And it would be great if more kits would be available to everyone who is interested.

I believe such a good kit, especially one of such great value, would be under the spotlight once folks here have started to showcase their progress.

I'm happy to forfeit my place for the kit until the AUD/USD conversion improves.
..unless the manufacturer/supplier is willing to accept a reasonable price in AUD?

The exchange rate is not good but while I have some money left and little else to buy I think it would be a good investment for keeping myself occupied as I don’t plan to buy anything else other than essentials or go anywhere for a very long time. Value is still good compared to other kits. It’s a personal choice and if the kit is successful there will always be a steady supply for those who prefer to wait. The kit looks like a winner for all.
 
I'm sorry that I haven't updated it for a long time. Due to the epidemic, my assistant hasn't come back to work. I need to process kit in the daytime. Due to the recent adjustment of the development plan of the new kit, I need to communicate the design scheme with the designer in the evening, so I seldom show up with you recently. If there is no special case, kit will be ready next month.

Hi
Can you explain how we go about ordering the kit once it is available. Do we order direct from Trident individually?
Am i right in thinking as i am 61st on list there is a strong possibility that this would then be when the 2nd batch becomes available (which isn't a problem) and would you have a rough idea of when that would be.

Hello @kidsgalore Unfortunately, we don't know the logistics about the actual sales. Once it get closer to the actual sales, I am sure Trident Models will inform us. From today's post we all know that this kit sales in China is success, 80 kist sold. We also understand, that for overseas sale the kit needs modifications one of them is the manual (in english). All modifications will be finished by May, 20th. we expect the sale in June\July.

We are all waiting for this great kit to arrive.
