In the past two days, we received an email asking whether our kit quality is also divided into three kinds of quality: A, B and C. We need to explain here.
We don't grade the same materials. You will not be asked to pay extra to select "a" grade timber. We think that every piece of wood is worthy of our respect. It is our requirement to waste as little as possible. We think that the "color difference", "white edge" and "black line" of wood are normal phenomena. I hope you can understand that we are not doing this out of the consideration of cost control. According to our statistics, at least two-thirds of the log used in kit will be wasted. So we waste as little wood as possible. If you have very high requirements for wood, you can pay attention to our advanced customized service launched at the end of the year. Some unconventional materials will be used, such as pear wood, boxwood, red sandalwood, etc.

Trident has already learnt this lesson in their pre-order approach in China in their first batch of Alert in 2019. Everyone purchased had been asking about the progress and Trident sweared he would only release new product news only when they are finished in the future.

For the case in SOS, I think this is a overwhelming interest that Trident did not expect they have to manufacture 70 kits, not to mention those to be sold locally, in one single lot. They only made about 20 set in one year in the previous batches. So this time the task stretches them a lot.

If the quantity were about 20 in SOS, the exercise would have been completed long long before.
