Please forgive me for being pedantic Zoly, but 'eta' actually stands for 'estimated time of arrival'.
However, in the context it is used, I believe 'estimated time available' is perfectly acceptable.

Acronyms can stand for many things, depending on the region and language and often office specific. Using them without first spelling them out in US Military is a big issue, one branch may use same term with totally different meaning. Even same with basic words. An example in Air Force or Navy, saying Repeat, is asking someone to say it again, if in Army or Marines dealing with artillery, saying repeat, is asking for another round with same location and settings.
