For me one of the best books on ships' boats is W. E. May's The Boats of Men of War. For 74's he shows that 74s initially carried six boats, a long boat, pinnace, barge, yawl, and two cutters of various lengths. I know of no contemporary source that specifies the lengths for each boat for 3rd rates at the time Bellona was launched. By 1780 long boats were replaced with a launch on all vessels being built or in for repairs. They carried a 31 foot launch, 32 foot and 28 foot pinnaces, two 25 foot cutters, and an 18 foot cutter. The cutters were clinker built and after about 1770 were set up to carry washboards on the gunwales. Drawings at RMG are contemporary and excellent sources. Many of these are available in high resolution on the Wikicommons site for free download. I have built a couple of 1/35 scale ship's boats from the kits by Shicheng Models. I don't know what scale your Bellona is, but if you can find the kits on the internet you may find one or two matching your requirements, and they would be useful for scaling down to produce a scratch built boat.
