The first frame D1-2 is a double frame ,the manufacturer supplied a template to glue the frame parts correctlyI cleaned the laaser char on all the frame parts,these frames are really fragile due to their scale.

The joinery required to assemble those frames looks excruciatingly fiddley. Not for the faint of heart, or a first time project!
I too am "pulling up a chair" (Somebody pass me a beer...)

What an interesting and smart way to build a frame member keeping the grain in a near and constant direction..
As long as you don't glue the parts to the jig....
Is this available as a kit now?
