FWIW, and it is minor IMHO, the drawings of the anchors in the plans they give are different than the actual anchor assembly. It could be they may have been different than other ships on Victory, but something for the future. Note that the two sides of the stock do not squeeze together at the shank, but rather has a gap as the mortises in the two pieces are relatively shallow, otherwise, they would be very weak.
