Hi Brian,

Any chance I can talk you into trying to wrap some thread/rope around that mouse? Technically is should be woven but perhaps that is a bridge too far - but integrating it more into the stay itself might be a worthwhile thing. Or maybe not . As we say, you're the captain so you get to do whatever you want.

Paul to do anything to the mouse would mean removing the mainstay something I don't want to do I will make more of an effort on my next build as I have bought the aftermarket rope and blocks

The kit is short of 3.5mm deadeyes I'm 5 short and I know I won't of lost 5 maybe 1 or 2 but not 5 so I ordered some more should be here Tuesday. Some aspects of this kit is real shoddy especially with it being over £1000 I would expect more!
