On this deck were the smallest 12 pounder short guns, clever how they worked out the weights and balance. At the rear was the Admirals cabins, where Nelson made his plans of attack at Trafalgar.
To think all these partitions, furniture etc would have to be stowed away for a major battle. Please excuse my rough rope work round the gun carriages, I probably do not have the patience or the skill to improve myself. At last I have finished casting the last of about 100 cannon barrels. The last 12 were for the Quarterdeck which is next, at least this will be different from the rest to build! Please understand all decks built are of a basic nature, mainly to show the complicated deck layouts and clever planning.
A good modeller could greatly improve on them. Hope you enjoy them. Paul
