How is that glass decoration achieved?!!!

Please if someone already knows and is so kind, to explain me how is this décor on the glass made. Shall I guess its some kind of wire net, combined with Microscale Micro Krystal?

I think the glass is Micro and the black decor was done with women nylon - like the "fishnet"
It is a guess - never tried it:

I had to use some mesh on the sides of the box that enclosed the electric motor on my steam launch,


This is what I used, it is metal mesh container that is used for holding pencils pens etc on a desk, I used tin snips to cut the pieces from it, hope this helps,

I use the mesh that comes with flowers. Gives you an excuse to send some to your someone special!
