Meanwhile I provided the cradle with a rawly built clamp to keep the stempost firm and perfectly upright. Realized it was a bit too loosen...

Ok, looks like first couple of timberheads got correct layout. Just scared i went wrong as I decided to ignore recommendation on how gluing together the two half-frames of any streamlined rib. I just inverted right with left parts in oder to get the laser marked surfaces on the opposte face of the assembled frame, avoiding the step (I was puzzle with for the ribs at the extreme bow and stern) between the two halves.
