Here you see you Proxxon saw blade.
85x0,5x10 mm 80Z is the type on the saw.
this means:
85 is your outside diameter.
0,5 is the thickness of the blade (cut it makes in the wood)
10 is the diameter of the axle where the blade is attached in your saw.
everything in mm. millimetre.
and 80Z is the amount of tooth on the blade.

For an Proxxon FET you need a saw blade with a bore of 10 (the inside diameter of the hole)
And an outside diameter of 50 mm. to 88 mm.
