I'm building three ships - lobster smack, armed longboat, Sherbourne. Smack needs mast and sails, and the other two in planking. I find multiple ships in parallel to be a good way to go. I like to allow glue to dry thoroughly.

In the stash I have Vanguard's harpy and surprise, Model Expo's 1:8 Canadian Canoe (big, elegant and beautiful), Occre's Buccaneer, and a neat 12th century nordic church called a Stave, from Dusek-Mamoli.
