Kingfisher 1770 1:48 POF [COMPLETED BUILD]

Ahoy Paul,

What a ship, what splendour, what skill! I am absolutely thrilled by this construction and your craftsmanship. As you can see, it is important not only to demonstrate skill, but also perseverance and not to give up! You have truly done this par excellence. Hats off to you, I take my hat off to you. This is a model that I would love to immerse myself in and explore every inch of with my eyes. Thank you for this wonderful construction and thank you for sharing it with us. Now you must take a rest first. A little break and then I look forward to a new project from a master model builder... Exclamation-Mark First Place MetalFirst Place MetalFirst Place Metal:D

Thank you for these kind words, Gunther. This model was actually finished quite some time ago and has just popped up again.

You can find my current project here if it interests you:

I like the fact that they do pop up again. We can revisit some great builds and relearn forgotten lessons.

Very inspiring, Paul, as always! The detail and clean, tiny carpentry is something to aspire to. Going through your pictures has landed me back out in the garage to get more done on my current project. Hope you've moved out of the doghouse (and back into the house).

Glenn
Thanks, Glenn. I'm back in...until next time ROTF.
