Hallo John,

mein Arbeitsplatz ist nicht sehr groß, Kellerraum 1,85 x 5,50 Meter,
jeder Platz, auch an den Wänden wurde ausgenutzt,
meine Maschinen sind ; Bandsäge, Kreissäge, Bohrmaschine, Dekupiersäge, Tellerschleifer
sowie zahlreiche Werkzeuge die sich im laufe der Zeit nach ca.55 Jahren Modellbau angesammelt haben.
Meine Kleinmaschinen sind hauptsächlich von der Firma PROXXON.

Die Fotos zeigen dir mein Reich, in dem ich mich sehr wohl fühle.

Thankyou Karl for showing us your work space. It was quite dramatic to see your wonderful 74 in some of the views.
I too use a Metabo bandsaw, and some of the popular Proxxon small electric machines, but a lot of my equipment comes from metalworking and furniture making, so takes up a lot more space. Also, I imagine that you do not have to contend with venomous snakes entering your workshop which I occasionally encounter here in southern Australia.
I suspect that you and I are of a similar age, but you have 54 more years of model ship making!
It seems incredible that you produce such superb models in such a small space.

Well, this can happen in our neighborhood too, but when my mother-in-law comes over, I close the door to my hobby room.
Or did you mean not that one?

I love the overhead wood storage. Reminds of my early days working in a real workshop as a pipe organ builder after I left jewelry.

Well, actually I meant Tiger snakes, which are quite lethal and aggressive. I was a fan of my mother in law, unfortunately long since deceased.
