Le Soleil Royal ZHL Build Log [COMPLETED BUILD]

I downloaded a book from 1843 called The Art of Sail Making. I didn’t think it would be useful because it was primarily about sails. However, it’s actually a great help in rigging. I read some other works on rigging and they assume you know the terminology and where things go. This book goes into great detail in easy to understand words. Now the picture in my head is less fuzzy. It’s a great companion to Anderson’s book.

Congratulations on your work!.
Are you able to mail me pdf drawings of sails and masts assembly and dimensions? My problem is that my subscriber (De Agostini) is unable to do it as they finalised overall subscription leaving me with 6 last numbers with parts and instructions missing. Can't help as the drawings are at my home in the Philippines and won't be back there till next year some time

Ouch! Is it the same scale as the ZHL? 1:74, roughly. I got the sails from another company and they fit my model pretty well. They also came with some rigging instructions.
