Midwest Products Skipjack

I love those old Midwest kits. I've built a few, and they're great to add detail to - a great place to use up some of those extra parts and timber from completed kits. Great job!
 
I have been looking at this kit to buy, it’s on sale at Great Hobbies up here and I see your project….

I wish all kits came with a display stand. I was working on a quickie airplane model last night and thought that a nice plastic stand for a plastic model like they used to provide, would be very nice to have while the glued up pieces were drying. Haven't seen a kit with one of those in many a year. Yours looks great Kurt and useful too.

Danno, congrats on retirement, now you don't get paid for having to do all the work still.

I enjoy the Midwest Products line of small boats, I hear Model Expo has now purchased the production rights and will be rereleasing some of the favorite kits.
