As some of you know I have been working on the Pinky Schooner for some time. (I am this far thanks to Olga.) Recently I got to the point of mounting the windless and found that I had a few casting parts missing. I emailed Model Expo and customer service responded. I explained to them that I purchased the kit through eBay so they would not have a record of my purchase. They said they would send the parts if they were available in the warehouse. Even if they can’t find the parts I thank customer service for their response.
 
I only have good things to say about Model Expo. I received my kit with some broken parts and they replaced them without any troubles. They actually have a form to fill out on their website when you are requesting parts.
