Building model kits for 50 years, including plastic ships and buildings for my model railroad, I finally decided to give wooden model ships a go.
In my modeller youth, the kits were just to overwhelming but with site like this and all their shared knowledge of the members, I believe I will be fine.
My first build is the Artesania Latina cross section of the HMS Victory. Nothing exciting for this forum, but it should give me an idea if I like cutting wood sticks and sanding it for hours is my thing.
