It seems I was missing more parts than I thought from the first kit I brought, I will use the second kit as a guide, ie, bending hull planks etc,

Well, got this far, I’m using white wood glue and brass pins to hold the deck down, then plank it afterwards when the glue is dry

I’ve done the deck now, so I thought it would look better if I stained it with a medium oak stain

Sorry I haven’t posted anything on here for a while, just been busy getting on with build, I had to paint the hull black as I made a bit of a mess of the planking.

This weeks progress, I’ve made a few errors here and there, but I don’t mind, no one is going to see close up, only me wife and kids, and if I don’t tell them, they would never know, the main thing is I’m enjoying myself, so far.
