I was surprised when going to (I was already logged into) SoS the other day with a "I am not a robot" checkbox (no problem there) and bouncing critters, of which I was supposed to select the one jumping the highest. I never could get through it. I checked everywhere I could, on, along the flight path, and at the bottom of the highest jumping critter, and it never worked for me. I was completely locked out of SoS. Next day, no prompt, and all is well. Yes, I am 83 years old, and yes, my eyesight isn't the best and my reflexes are crap, but I still play video games quite well, so don't think the fault is mine. Possibly look into it? Unless I'm the only one with problems, in which case, well, you get to decide. :)
 
I had the same problem.. reported it to Donnie and nothing... I get this everytime I close the browser., the jumping one is the absolute worst..
 
Ok. So this process to login is new to me. Sorry guys. I hate this too. I have been out of town on several trips, plus having some back surgery. Maybe Zoltan and I can come up with a lesser annoying way.
 
Also, if a computer settings are configured to delete history, cache, and cookies, then yes, most likely you will have to go through the process again every time. It doesn’t hurt to just stay logged in. As a general rule, if you pay bills online or purchase stuff online via a store then absolutely logout of that store and close the browser and reopen it.
 
Hi Donnie, I use Firefox. Same issue with Safari. I dont mind the challenges, just one that I have had has not worked.. the jumping up and down one... where to click..
I am not deleting any cookies or otherwise.. this is the only site like this.. and it is recent (last 2 months or so).
