Comment and Review:
This planset is very special, better the vessel described. The vessel was one of the working horses of every Navy, especially with ports where the tide is going up and down and bringing a lot of sediments into the rivers and ports. Without these vessels a normal use of the historic ports were not possible. I am pretty sure, that Nelson or Admiral Villeneuve were not recognizing them, when they passed such a vessel with their flagships.....so we have to be very happy, that Gerard and some contemporary draughtsmen in the past produced drawings and paintings, so we can remember
To say it in short words.....
For everybody interested in machines and technics related to naval subjects it is a highly interesting and very complete documentation to build a beautiful and rare model.
For every beginner or intermediate experienced scratch modeler it is a highly recommended planset, due to the fact, that there are not very complicated hull-curvatures to be made. It is a flat bottom hull.....also no jig for the hull is necessary!
So especially for the reasonable price and the above mentioned points I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND this planset
