G'day, Lorenzo.Good morning! next week at home?
A small team of 'assessors' will be taking a look at my house on Monday.
I'm not exactly a hoarder, but do have a lot of 'stuff', which will need a good shuffle around before there's room for me and a wheelchair. Plus some much needed maintenance/alterations.
How practical this is will no doubt be decided.
Whatever, it's going to be a while before home is home again.
Thanks for the coffee, mate, but a sweet hot chocolate order in future would be nice ;~)

Thank you for this documentary, which I'll watch later......the ward is such a hive of activity in the mornings!
It's reasrurng to know at least one other person remembers a long forgotten topic.
This will help kickstart my curiosity. The previous documentary was focused around a then young womans post doc studies.
Oh my goodness Pugwash, your guardian angel is proof positive that God has you firmly under his care. As you say, "watch this space", I definitely will and thank you for sharing.

And so it goes!
Just met another member of the hospital physio team.
Under normal circumstances it would be some weeks before he would be seeing me, but word has got back to him of the excellent progress I'm making.
If all goes well, arrangement will be made for me to try a basic prosthetic tomorrow.
Let's hope this is truly the beginning of a Happy New Year!
