I made the knight's spear and hand separately. I'll attach it later, otherwise I'll break it during further assembly of the body.

How did you cnc the 3D statues while you only have a 3 axis cnc machine?
Do you rotate the statue manually and carve it in multiple steps or do you have a 4th axis?

I have a 4-axis CNC. But sometimes, when the figure is simple, I split it in half and cut the front and back into separate planes. Then I glue them together. The women in the stern are made of halves.
 
I'm currently working on the stern and lower deck cannon decorations. Here are a few photos of the finished decorations.
