The top rol is visible on the painting, see the small blackline before the middle main lamp. The top roll is shorter as the dolphins on the edges are integrated into it. You can see this on the Chapman drawings. I considered to do this but had to alter a lot to nicely incorporate it and this meant I had to dismantle a lot to fit it.
On the quarter windows I think the aots drawings are logical. Symmetri is important in this era so if there is a carving in the rear you also would expect one in the front. See below the chapman drawing.
