Just clicked on Ship Model Okumoto in your manufactures list and got a "computer lock out message. I've seen it before and I think it's a scam. Be careful.

From some research I have done, it seems the company has not been active in about a year or more possibly. As another ship modeling site claims that all of their models have "sold out" and are not restocking anything. Unfortunately, I went ahead and removed the AD.
I did find this on instragram - but I can't find any activity.
