Hi Donfarr,any progress so far?

VERY MUCH SO WILL SHOW PICTURES TOMMORROW, started this before I knew how to post a building log, Sorry about that but plenty more to go especially the RESIN DECORATIONS. Don

when I started this build I did not know how to post a building log, UNTI MY DEAR FRIEND GEOFF SHOWED ME HOW WITH ALL KINDNESS, THANK YOU GEOFF RIP DEAR FRIEND,,, so I am posting on progress to date still lots to do

Progress pictuers to where I am to date, have quite a few of the resin parts to do, and am not happy with t he widows galleries, but after many trys will have to leave them as is

Progress pictures sowing stern decorations, and side decorations, have maybe 3 more weeks on this one it WAS A REALLY GOOD KIT AND FUN BUILD, learned a lot

progress pictures of the Stanyjacht from Dusek, have not posted on this for awhile doing work on the Blanford frames, but bringing this build up to date ,,,,the only other question is to rig or not to(room, and dislike to do rigging)

She is getting more and more a beauty. Me personally I like the vessels also without masts and rigging, because I have to tell the truth - I do not like rigging works as well.......Maybe it is a solution to install a stump of the masts......but this is a question of taste......
and maybe also an argument pro and contra would be for me the quality of material like the lines, blocks etc. which are included in the original kit.....and are the available drawings and belaying plan good enough to make a correct and complete rigging......just some thoughts

JUST REVIEWING THIS BUILD LOOKS BETTER THEN I REMEMBER IT, HAVE GOTTEN MY 2 SHOTS OUT FOR FIRST TIME IN 11 MOS. WILL STOP BY MY SON-IN-LAWS OFFICE AND TAKE PICTURE SO SORRY GUYS. GOD BLESS ALL STAYSAFE DON
