Tigercat 880E logger 1/48 scale

So, my part in this project is done. Tomorrow, I'll be tranfering it to the diorama guy. Here are some pictures showing a bit how everything came together.

The inner plexiglass with laser cut openings mounted in a temporary frame

Triton arm inserted thru plexiglass and glued in place (all pivots were also glued to eliminate any movement and rigidity the assembly)

And finally, the harvesting hand was installed after passing the cab lights wires thru

Hope you enjoyed following this build half as much as l enjoyed making it.
Fore sure I enjoyed this build-log of building this nicely details machines, François. And installing it on both sides of the plexiglass is a well thought idea. I hope you will post some pictures of the completed diorama.

Francois... I've thoroughly enjoyed watching and reading this build and stand in awe of your expertise in turning images into 3D representations. Genius.
Now, may I please ask you to turn your attention back to the Marvel roadster. You've left me hanging for the next installment.

Haha!! Henry, I'm working on it as we speak. I test printed the engine head last night... didn't turn out so good. Should be posting some new pictures shortly.
