I’ve noticed that for the last few months when I add emojis to a post on a mobile platform, the site automatically adds a carriage return to the front of it, which I can only remove by logging into the site from my desktop and editing my post. Has anyone else been experiencing that?

Hey Namabiiru,

what are you doing now??? :p

No, joking aside. I haven't been able to find any errors yet.Thumbsup

What mobile device and what browser?

I just figured out that if I select site emojis from the top menu things work fine  but if I type in the text and select the emoji that shows up
Beer it adds a carriage return.

I do not know what emojis is , nor what a carrier return means , ain't
I some stupid ! I just enjoy building 18th century sailing ships and
reading Ships and Scales forums, occasionally posting a reply or two .
No fret, no problem .
Cheers Winova

I, too, know not what a 'carriage return' is. Typewriters have them. Maybe it refers to; returning a hire-car? ROTF ;):(Question-Mark
No, it must be the Middle Ages coming back to old Europe, with our so-called nobility again riding around in fancy horse-drawn carriages instead of the ordinary and so old-fashioned Rolls-Royce and other boring, petrol-smelling chariots. Or so.
