Apart from the wooden cover, which looks very good, is everything else the kit as it comes?
I am hesitating to buy the AK Models upgrade pack. But it is more expensive than the kit itself.

I unfortunately painted my Fo'c'sle hatch white... won't redo it. And my anchor-well will remain gray...

From the research I have done, the combings around the forward well deck and aft well deck cargo hatches, were black, also the combing around the fore deck hatch was black, but the top was white.

I've noticed what appear to be small brass eyelets along the boat deck. Did you add those as attachment points for the funnel stays?

yes as there doesn't seem to be any in the kit or rigging plans
