Hello,
My name is Patrick. I live in France not far from the city of Bordeaux. I have been retired for 2 years and have spent my entire career in French meteorology. My last posting was Tahiti in French Polynesia.
I have been a model maker since I was a child and today I am very interested in wooden ship model making and more particularly in sailing from the Seventeenth to the Eighteenth Century.
I have just ordered the monograph of the "Ancre" editions of the frigate "La Renommée 1744" in order to get involved in the construction of this magnificent vessel.
