Today I continued to upgrade the upper deck and lower deck guns. There are only a few left on the upper deck.I am happy with the result.

That's a very clean and neat job, congratulations. Are you also going to include the pulley systems (gun tackles) used to move the gun carriages forward? Those rope coils you placed on the ground must actually be extensions of the ropes in these pulley systems. I think the photo should make clear what I mean.

Another modeler on a different site who built the same kit added gun tackles. I'm sharing the photos he uploaded to give you an idea.

@mtbediz1 Thank you for guiding me. I've been following similar topics on other sites, and they all include reels. Unfortunately, the manufacturer, Artesania, hasn't included enough reels in the set. This means I'll have to make my own reels from scratch. But I needed to start somewhere, and that would be by making reels.

I made the pulleys. Since the manufacturer Artesania didn't provide enough hinges, I ordered them online. When they arrive, I will attach the gun carriages to the pulleys with the hinges and connect them to the body. But I didn't sit idle and started making the gun caps.

You mentioned that, you are new to ship modeling. Is this your first more complicated model?

I think the metal cast window frames in the last photo are the stern windows of the ship. If so, they don’t look very good. If you have the chance, you might consider making them out of wood yourself, you seem to have the skill for it. This would add real value to your model.

More before, made a golden hind model from occre.this is my second model
